Post-Construction Cleaning in Buffalo, NY & Western New York
Construction is done, but the dust isn't. We remove the drywall dust, paint specks, stickers and debris your contractor left behind so your new space is actually move-in ready. A Couple Cleaners is a family-owned Buffalo team serving homeowners, contractors, and real estate agents since 2022.
When You Need a Post-Construction Clean
-Your renovation or remodel just wrapped up
-A new build needs to be ready for the final walkthrough or closing
-Drywall dust has settled on every surface, vent and fixture
-You're listing or renting a freshly renovated property
-The crew left paint specks, stickers and debris behind
What's Included in a Post-Construction Clean
-Fine drywall dust and sawdust removed from walls, trim, sills and baseboards
-Vents, light fixtures and ceiling fans wiped down
-Paint specks, stickers and labels removed from windows, fixtures and appliances
-Inside cabinets, drawers and closets vacuumed and wiped
-Kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and polished, including new fixtures
-Interior windows and window tracks cleaned
-Floors vacuumed and mopped edge-to-edge
Post-Construction vs. a Regular Deep Clean
A deep clean takes care of everyday buildup. Construction dust is different: it's fine, it settles everywhere, and it keeps coming back if it isn't pulled out of vents, ledges and cabinets.
We work top to bottom in multiple passes so the dust is actually gone, not just moved around.
Once the space is done, many clients switch to recurring service to keep it looking new.

Reviews
Reliable cleaning that makes your space shine.
"I highly recommend A Couple Cleaners! I knew Javier was a go getter as a Realtor. When I needed my clients home deep cleaned (including carpets w/pet hair and stains), I remembered he runs this business too. He, Tiffany, and Steve showed up (on time) and jumped to work. Great communication, fair price, and my Homeowner said it shined. Thank you all so much!"

"Great finished product and a pleasure to deal with. I had a post construction clean up job with dust everywhere. The place sparkles now!"
