We price by the hour, not a flat guess. Regular cleaning runs around $40/hour, deep cleaning around $50/hour, and move-in/move-out cleaning around $60/hour. The rate goes up with the intensity of the work, not just the size of the house — a deep clean takes more time and more product than a standard maintenance visit, so it costs more per hour.
What actually moves the price
Square footage matters, but so does bedroom and bathroom count, number of floors, whether there are stairs, how many kitchens and appliances need attention, and the condition of the home going in. A 2,000 sq ft home that's been kept up week to week cleans faster than a 1,400 sq ft home with months of buildup. We factor in real condition, not just square footage on a listing.
