Give us the closing date and the closing attorney. We clean, send the invoice to the attorney, and it's paid from proceeds at closing, subject to the attorney's approval.

Who pays?

Usually the seller (or the buyer, for a move-in clean), from proceeds at closing. Rather pay now? Cash App, Venmo or Zelle when the job is done.

No. When we're in a home as your cleaner, we're there as your cleaner. We don't contact or market to your sellers or buyers.
